Our policy lasts for 30 days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed since you purchased the item, we will not be able to give you a refund or exchange.
The item must not be used and must be in the exact condition it was received. It must also still be in its original packaging.
If we've made a mistake (e.g. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover the cost of returning the item (unless it was damaged or not correct). We will pay the shipping cost when you ask for an exchange.
